This year’s theme highlights hygiene as the cornerstone of food microbiology, emphasizing its critical role in ensuring safe food processes and final food safety and quality. Our goal is to bring together global food (microbiology) experts, researchers, regulators, consumers, and industry professionals to share insights, experiences, and the latest advancements in sustainable food production, food safety, and public health.
